Trip to the Black Sea

During the summer vacation we finally succeeded in bringing 4 of the kids to the Black Sea. It had been a desire for a long time. A special subscription was raised for that purpose, so thank you very much to all of you who made the trip possible. It was a great experience for the kids. Violeta was one of them though she is one of the small ones. She suffers from asthma and the sea air was good for her. If you want to read more about the trip, click here.

Addition to the family

Lidia and Mihai Indres have had a little boy. He was born on July 18th 2007 and his name is Elias Cristian Indres. Together with the daughter Sara they have 2 children now. Everybody is fine. It is the plan that Mihai takes paternity leave and Lidia continues her work in the kids' house when she has finished her part of the maternity leave.

Alexandru has got a new home

Alexandru came to Copii Copii when he was 3 weeks old. It has all the time been the intention that he should be adopted by a family as it is the optimal to have a real home as early as possible. The process, however, has taken a good deal of time and he is now 1½ years. There have been more families under discussion and now a good home has been found for him. He was moved on August 23rd. He is a happy and harmonious little boy and the couple who has got him are also very very fond of him. Lidia and Mihai have visited him later and he is totally ok.
