Since 1994 the focused and determined ministry has established “JosephNetwork Romania” in Cluj (Transylvania). The base is made of a church as well as a platform for resourcing, networking and training. Mrs Stela Szedlaczek is employed as coordinator and bookkeeper. All the Romanian leaders are trained "in-house" and key persons are trained at the ISAAC base in Malaysia.

Everything started with the story about Jesus reaching out to the widow and raising her son from death. This message resulted in short teaching courses held in Aiud from 1994. The first effects were immediate and obvious: death was broken and the life of the Spirit transformed people.

The effects were:
- The congregation Centrul Crestin Iosua (Joshua Christian Center) was born in 1997, led by pastor Adrian Crisztea and his wife, Camélia.
- In Aiud an apartment was bought and 2 children were taken out of the National State Orphanage and the first foster family was a reality.
- Later a building was bought for the purpose of a Children's house.
- The rumours reached Cluj where the ministry had similar effects. In 2004 the congregation Caleb Christian Center was born.
- In 2005 pastors Luminita and Stefi Micliuc and their church, Biserica Reînnoirii Divine, were connected to the network and to the two already existing congregations.
